I agree to hire "Portraits by Lorie", herein know as PBL, to be the exclusive photographer for my wedding. I agree that I will not allow any other persons to photograph the "Formal" poses that PBL arranges. I also agree to make sure all wedding participants and family members that are to be included in the formal poses are present and ready at the stated time. I agree that PBL is not responsible for missed poses due to "Missing" people.
I agree to not hold PBL liable for any malfunction of camera equipment or cd’s lost in the mail, I also agree that PBL will not be held liable for any natural disaster or other unforeseen event that either keeps PBL from photographing my wedding or destroys any photographs taken. I agree that PBL will only be responsible for returning my initial investment due to camera malfunction , lost cd’s, or any of the events listed above, in the rare event that any of these things happens.
I agree that I have hired PBL to photograph 4 or 5 hours (depending on which package I have chosen) of my wedding event, including the following: (please circle events requested) Getting Ready - Formal Poses - Ceremony - Cake Cutting - Toast - Garter & Bouquet toss - 1st Dance - General Dancing - Bride & Groom departing
I agree to pay an additional $35.00 or $50.00 per hour (depending on which package I have chosen) for any time over the initial 4 or 5 hours (depending on which package I have chosen). PBL agrees to notify me at least 30 minutes before my initial 4 or 5 hours (depending on which package I have chosen) expires so I can make the decision whether or not to have PBL stay for additional time, billed in 1 hour increments, payable at the wedding/event.
I agree to pay PBL a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to secure my wedding date; I also agree to pay the balance of $250.00 or $500.00 (depending on which package I have chosen) at least 14 days prior to my wedding. I agree to pay PBL .40 cents per mile (round trip) for travel costs, payable at lease 14 days prior to my wedding.
I agree that PBL will give me a release of interest in my wedding photos that will allow me to have my photos printed at any lab I choose, PBL still retains the right to post my wedding photos on the PBL web site, use in brochures, other advertisements, and also to use in photo contests without my further permission.
I agree to supply dinner (if wedding is during the dinner hours) for the photographers at my wedding, or, allow the photographers to leave the event for a period not to exceed 30 minutes to supply their own meal.

Please allow approx. 30 minutes between ceremony and reception to finish formal photos if bride and groom will not be seeing each other before the ceremony. During this time please make sure the required family and bridal party members stay behind for the photos. This is a good time for your guests to eat so they will not get too bored while waiting for your arrival.
