Wedding Photo Checklist
Wedding Date__________
Bride and Groom______________________________

Check  the  images that you definitely would like to have; line through the ones you do not want. Leave unchanged the ones that you would like me to take but if there is not enough time to take them then not having them is okay.

Pre-ceremony Formal photos should start at least 1 hour (prefer 90 minutes) before the scheduled ceremony time. Keep in mind that your guest will start arriving about 30 minutes prior to the wedding.

One photographer will be taking photos of the bride while she finishes getting ready while the other will start the grooms formal photography. With the exception of the bride, all other wedding party and family members should be ready at least one hour (prefer 90 minutes) prior to the start of the wedding for their formal photos.

Please return this list to me prior to the wedding

Formal Portraits:

Taking formal portraits can be time consuming, keeping your guests waiting. If every formal portrait listed was taken it could easily take up to 2 hours to complete. Estimate about two minutes per pose to get everyone in it, arranged, and the pictures taken. Time can be saved by doing as many shots as possible before the ceremony – the Bride with Groomsmen and Bride with Bridesmaids, etc.

Be Specific. If you want a specific "look" to your wedding or a staged shot please provide examples from magazines.

Remember - all weddings are unique. Our wedding list is meant to be used only as a guide, not the rule. Many of the above shots are not needed by some couples, yet others want many more!

It is the responsibility of the couple, the wedding coordinator, or some other designated person to ensure that the person or group of people whom they want photographs of are available to be photographed.
